The Capital in London, one of London’s original luxury boutique hotels, has designed and opened a new two-storey penthouse.
The five-star property, home to 49 bedrooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant headed up by Nathan Outlaw, has added to its bedroom stock with the new space that spans 1,700 square feet and can host up to six guests at a time.
The new penthouse, located within The Capital on Basil Street in the heart of Knightsbridge, is targeting groups of friends or families visiting the city.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in both the sitting room and en-suite master bedroom give the space lots of natural light, while there is also an outside terrace with views over Knightsbridge.
There is also a large open plan kitchen dining area.
The Capital and sister hotel The Levin was sold to Warwick Hotels and Resorts in January of this year, after being owned and founded by David Levin since 1970.
His daughter, Kate Levin, remains as general manager since the takeover.
