Lancaster London is launching a new romantic afternoon tea menu, in a bid to increase bookings in the lead up to Valentine’s Day.
Available for six days from February 10 to February 16, guests at the London hotel will be greeted with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Rosé Champagne, a hand written menu and a rose petal scattered table.
The Valentine’s Afternoon Tea features sweet treats including heart shaped macaroons, champagne and chocolate opera cake, passion fruit and raspberry lollypops and scones with rose and strawberry jam.
The menu also includes savoury classics with a ‘romantic’ twist such oyster beignet topped with caviar, asparagus and spiced tomato tarts; and a selection of sandwiches and tea.
The offering will be served is the hotel’s Lounge Bar from 2pm until 5.30pm for the six days and every booking will be entered into a competition to win a bottle of Champagne and two glass flutes.
