Las Vegas Boutique & Lifestyle Summit deemed a success

The third annual Boutique Lifestyle Leadership Symposium, held in Las Vegas last week, was announced as a huge success by top industry executives who attended.

Some of the hospitality industry’s top boutique, lifestyle and luxury brand executives and independent property owners gathered together in Las Vegas at the newly opened SLS Hotel & Casino over the course of the three-day event, which also saw the winners of the BLLA Awards announced.

The conference saw some of the sector’s biggest players discuss pressing topics, such as the next biggest travel trends, which included the rise of mindfulness in travel and experimental holidays, and the rise in consumer demand for the more unusual.

CEOs & COOs from Crystal Cruises, Luxury Frontiers, Generator Hostels, & Uniworld Boutique Riverboat Collection revealed some of the ways they are catering to the growing need of adventurous travellers who are looking for accommodations that are not ‘typical’ hotels.

Health and wellness were also pinpointed as key for today’s traveller and more hotels are rebranding to focus the physical and mental wellbeing of their guests.

After the success of the event this year, the Boutique Lifestyle Leadership Symposium will be back in 2015, aiming to be even bigger and better.
