Last chance to vote for Britain’s Best Brigade

The search to find Britain’s Best Brigade is nearing its end and organiser Essential Cuisine is calling for the final votes to be cast in the nationwide competition.

Voters now have until midnight on June 29th to make their voice heard and crown a regional chef team as Britain’s Best Brigade from the selected finalists.

With almost 1000 votes already cast, teams from Greater London; the South East; South West; Midlands; North West & Northern Ireland; The North East; Wales and Scotland, have each created a short video to showcase their kitchen camaraderie, togetherness and teamwork, which they hope will drum up a last few votes in the final few weeks.

Only one brigade can emerge as the winner and will receive £1,000 cash and a menu development masterclass with a leading UK chef.

Those wanting to have their say should go to, watch the eight finalist videos and crown a winner. Voting is open to everyone.

Nigel Crane, managing director for Essential Cuisine, said: “With only days to go, the competition couldn’t be tighter. Thank you to everyone that has voted so far. Our brigades have done themselves proud and now it’s time to have their hard work rewarded. With such tight margins your vote really could make all the difference; regional pride is at stake – I urge the public to show their support and vote today!”
