A new Pullman Hotel in Liverpool is now just weeks away from its official opening.
The four-star, 216-bedroom hotel will be the international brand’s first UK venture to launch outside of London.
Alongside the 216 bedrooms, the hotel will be part of the new Exhibition Centre Liverpool, and will be home to a restaurant, bar, fitness lounge and conference and banqueting services.
As the big opening day edges closer, 60 people have now been hired to head up the new venture, with the vast majority being from Merseyside.
The Pullman brand is part of Accor Hotels and is expected to help cater to the increase in visitors to Liverpool when it launches.
Jonathan Sheard, Accor Hotels group said: “This city is a stunning destination made great by its people and what is an offer here in terms of trade and entertainment.
“We are very proud of the hotel and we hope that it becomes a landmark in a city rich in heritage, humour and opportunity.”
