The Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel on the banks of Loch Lochy has been put up for sale, as the owners seek to concentrate their efforts on the development of a nearby marina.
The 14-bedroom hotel, said to enjoy one of the best locations in the Highlands, is on the market with Colliers International, who is asking for offers over £795,000.
As well as 14 bedrooms, The Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel features the Ospreys Seafood Restaurant and Osprey Sun Deck.
There is also a new Whisky Lounge and conservatory.
The hotel is also being sold with access to the beach and foreshore jetty.
Alistair Letham, a director in the UK hotels agency team at Colliers International, says that makes The Letterfinlay a particularly attractive business proposition. It already boasts excellent TripAdvisor ratings, ranked as the top for accommodation in the Spean Bridge area.
Alistair Letham said: “The Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel fulfils handsomely the adage that success depends on ‘location, location, location’. The hotel has been extensively renovated and refurbished by the current owners since they bought the property in 2006, and now provides that special touch of affordable luxury in this dramatic and popular location. Not only that, the business is extremely well established and showing very good levels of profitability.”
