Luton Hoo Golf & Spa held their Long Service Awards in August and rewarded staff for their years of commitment, which added up to a total of 584 years combined.
More than 80 employees who have dedicated over 5 years’ service to the hotel were invited to attend the special reception, where awards were presented to staff who have achieved over 5, 10, 15 or more years of working at the luxury five-star establishment.
Luton Hoo is one of four hotels that make up the luxury hotel group, Elite Hotels and each accolade was presented by the brand’s managing director, Graeme Bateman.
General manager at Luton Hoo Hotel, Matthew Long commented: “Identifying and rewarding our staff’s longevity of service is of paramount importance to us at the hotel.
