Luxury Academy launches online guest-satisfaction survey

Hospitality training company Luxury Academy has launched the Engage! online guest-satisfaction survey.

The Engage system enables guests to interact with the hotel using a range of media, including laptops, mobile phones and tablets as an alternative to traditional guest books and feedback forms..

“Currently, there are no survey systems similar to Engage! which is designed specifically for the luxury hotel market and the affluent guests of these hotels,” said Luxury Academy cofounder Paul Russell.

“We spotted a gap in the market for a software product that enabled hotels to anticipate – and exceed – those guests’ needs.”

Russell said unlike follow-up emails, the Engage! system enables hoteliers to monitor trends and allows guests to register any constructive feedback long before they feel compelled to hit the review sites.

Owners of multiple hotels can rank their properties against each other – using key performance indicators like check-in, F&B and spa and leisure – while independent hotels are ranked against other independents, in the same category, offering a  real-time benchmarking tool.

Each guest survey is branded with the hotel’s corporate imagery.
