Macdonald Hotels & Resorts overhauls check-in system for younger guests

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts has appointed international agency Milk Jnr’s & Kidworks  to create a check-in pack for younger guests. 

Manchester-based company Milk Jnr’s & Kidworks specialises in creating engaging kids activity packs and family solutions and has been appointed to produce a pack for the hotel group’s 40 plus properties.

Katrina Dunlop, marketing executive at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, added: We were really impressed with Milk Jnr’s & Kidworks creative thinking and strategic approach to this project.

“We are now looking forward to seeing how the new pack enhances the stays of our younger guests and their families once it’s launched.”

The packs include various interactive and character based elements for guests aged three to 12 years.
