We’re looking forward to putting on the ultimate show for those working in the hospitality industry. We’re so excited to be such a key part of Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme this year. It’s incredible to see such unity across the sectors celebrating all that is great about Scottish food, drink, hospitality and tourism.”

Mark Crothall, CEO of Scottish Tourism Alliance, said: “Accounting for 20% of tourism spend, food and drink is an integral part of the customer journey and it sits at the core of Scotland’s national tourism strategy.
