ScotHot, Scotland’s food, drink, hospitality and tourism show is returning to Glasgow in 2015, as part of Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme for the Year of Food and Drink.
Running from 4-5 March 2015, the show will take place at Glasgow’s SECC and will bring together suppliers of food and drink; catering equipment; décor and design; tableware and technology products with chefs and buyers from hotels, restaurants, bars, catering outlets and tourism destinations.
As well as being part of Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme, ScotHot will celebrate the official Year of Food and Drink in 2015.
The exhibition will also include the 30th Scottish Culinary Championships, challenging chefs to create food sculptures as well as being judged in a live cook-off on the main stage.
The Spotlight Stage at the show will hold business advice sessions and workshops, which will see experts sharing their insights into topical matters.
The CESA Innovation Zone will also showcase some of the newest developments in catering equipment on the market.

We’re looking forward to putting on the ultimate show for those working in the hospitality industry. We’re so excited to be such a key part of Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme this year. It’s incredible to see such unity across the sectors celebrating all that is great about Scottish food, drink, hospitality and tourism.”
Mark Crothall, CEO of Scottish Tourism Alliance, said: “Accounting for 20% of tourism spend, food and drink is an integral part of the customer journey and it sits at the core of Scotland’s national tourism strategy. Keeping abreast of future trends and product innovation is vital to delivering the growth our industry aspires to. We’re therefore delighted to have ScotHot firmly under the umbrella of the 2015 Scottish Tourism Week Signature Programme.”
