Leading hotel group Malmaison and Hotel du Vin has appointed a new head of learning and development, who joins from Hospitality Industry Training (HIT).
The boutique chain has welcomed Kate Gamble to the team in the newly-created role, with over 25 years’ experience in training and development in hospitality.
In this newly created role, Gamble will work closely with the general managers from across the business to enhance and further strengthen Malmaison Hotel du Vin’s training, learning and development programmes. She will also have a special focus on driving uptake of the group’s apprenticeship offering.
