Malmaison recognised its top-performing employees and named its Hotel of the Year in its annual Dare to be Different Hotel Awards.
Staff and guests from each of the 13 Malmaison hotels attended the ceremony which was hosted at the new Malmaison Dundee on February 9.
“Our people are what make Mal special and what our guests come back for, not just great service, but faultless, fantastic experiences," said the group’s director of people and development Lindsay Southward.

Head Housekeeper of the Year – Iwona Gubala (Malmaison Edinburgh)
Reception Manager of the Year – Elli Ward (Malmaison Liverpool)
DGM of the Year – Tina Wells (Malmaison Belfast)
Team of the Year – Malmaison Dundee
Mal Spirit Award – Tanya Lewis (Malmaison Manchester)
