Inderneel Singh, general manager of the May Fair Hotel, commented: “Amir’s experience and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in our plans for the group in the coming years. His experience in the industry to date demonstrates his ambition to take an established brand and export its signature experience to a new arena while maintaining quality and the luxury feel. We will be announcing further developments across the group over the coming months as we look to build on this strength and capability.”

Amir Jati, service excellence director, added: “The May Fair is a London institution. Our plans for transforming the bar – our signature drinks, a new live kitchen and a refreshed menu – will see it claim its position as the most decadent lounge bar at the heart of this district – London’s luxury quarter.”
