The May Fair Hotel, part of independent hospitality group Edwardian Group London, has announced the appointment of Amir Jati as its new service excellence director.
Under Jati’s direction, the May Fair Bar is currently undergoing a full transformation, due to open on Monday 14th September, with an aim to become one of the most decadent bars in London’s luxury quarter.
The new bar will bring a range of signature martinis, a live kitchen, a menu consisting of smaller sharing plates and a calendar of evening DJs.
Jati comes from an extensive background in hospitality and private dining, including 10 years at Nobu and will work on new creative projects for the group’s portfolio of F&B offerings.
Inderneel Singh, general manager of the May Fair Hotel, commented: “Amir’s experience and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in our plans for the group in the coming years. His experience in the industry to date demonstrates his ambition to take an established brand and export its signature experience to a new arena while maintaining quality and the luxury feel.
