Mayfair’s The Arts Club is today expected to unveil plans to build a multi-million pound 16-key boutique hotel.
The private members’ club on Dover Street, London is looking to convert offices on its second, third and fourth floors into a hotel by the end of the year, according to a report on The Telegraph.
Guests to the hotel will have access to The Arts Club facilities, including three restaurants, a garden and a nightclub.
Rooms will include furnishings from European designers such as Jacques Adnet and Gio Ponti, according to the report.
The bathrooms will feature walnut doors and marble, while the ceilings of the rooms will contain “mirror elements with stretched fabric”.
The Arts Club originally offered six guest rooms when it was founded in 1863.
