Bar equipment firm Mitchell & Cooper has introduced the new Bonzer Soda Splash, which can carbonate a wide range of beverages including juice, water and alcoholic cocktails.
A measuring tube is used to fill the Soda Splash with up to 1.2 litres of liquid, before screwing in a Soda Charger and shaking 10-15 times. After resting for three minutes, press the button to release the gas and the carbonated drink is ready.
Bonzer MD Guy Cooper said: “The Soda Splash will revolutionise the way consumers and bar staff see carbonated drinks. Its CO2 chargers allow for beverages with a better bubble, so alongside the ability to add fizz to more than just water, drinks offerings will eliminate the competition. A sure-fire winner for the upcoming 2014 carbonated cocktails trend”.
The Soda Splash container, which can be stored in a refrigerator, is made from durable stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.
