Mitre Linen presented the accolade for Housekeeping Manager of the Year to Gitana Cibulskiene from The Arch London at the recent Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards.
The company, a leader in linen, duvets, towels and bathrobes, was a proud sponsor of the first-ever BH Awards which took place on October 21st at Hilton Olympia.
The Personal Service Star Awards consisted of nine categories and celebrated the hard work of staff members at establishments all over the country, awarding employees from concierges to restaurants managers and customer service stars.
Gitana was a clear winner of the Housekeeping Manager of the Year Award, with her strong dedication to her job role and commitment to maintaining outstanding standards at The Arch.
On the evening of the Awards, Stephen Broadhurst, managing director, Mite Linen took to the stage to present Gitana with her trophy in front of an illustrious audience of hospitality professionals.
Stephen Broadhurst said: “My team and I here at Mitre Linen are delighted for Gitana having won this much coveted award. It is to her credit, the extended team at The Arch and indeed to the housekeeping profession, who are so often overlooked. It would be an understatement to say that this award has been won on hard work alone as the role as a housekeeping manager is never that easy. When a guest is happy, then the housekeeping team got it right and it is rare for them to receive the full recognition they so deserve. I would also like to extend my congratulations to the worthy runners up on their most impressive achievements.”
