Morgans Hotel Group celebrates its legacy with new offers that pay homage to its history

From July through September, Morgans Hotel Group will be celebrating two birthdays in its portfolio, and will be offering guests a number of special offers as a result.

The Mondrian in Los Angeles will turn 20 this month, while the Delano in Miami turns 21, and to celebrate these milestones, the ‘Modern Classics’ range of offers has launched with an aim to highlight the Morgans brands as ‘a global innovator in lifestyle hospitality’.

“Morgans Hotel Group created a cultural revolution in the hotel industry when we gave birth to the boutique hotel concept,” said Chadi Farhat, Morgans’ interim chief operating officer. “The ‘Modern Classic’ initiative celebrates each hotel’s distinct story by highlighting our defining moments over the last 32 years. This iconic history paves the way for Morgans’ next phase, continuing to bring together the creative power of designers, artists, and musicians to constantly push the boundaries of what a hotel can be.”

The London Morgans properties will also be getting involved. The Mondrian London will pay homage to its 2014 opening, offering a night in one of the hotel’s Balcony Suites for £201.40.

The Sanderson will follow a similar structure, offering a standard room for £200 and a night in its penthouse suite for £2,000, including afternoon tea for two, two cocktails in the purple bar and one house massage for two, bottle of champagne and a personal shopping experience.

To celebrate its opening in 1999, St. Martins Lane will offer rates starting at £199.90 for a deluxe garden room.
