Nadler Hotels has revealed details of its next London hotel, as work steps up to transform a building in Victoria into the fourth boutique in the group’s portfolio.
Nadler Victoria will consist of 73 bedrooms and is located off Palace Street overlooking Buckingham Palace Road and the Royal Mews in the capital.
Plans to add to the popular boutique portfolio were unveiled exclusively in January to Boutique Hotelier, when CEO Robert Nadler said he hoped to have the newest property open by the summer.
Despite the delay, construction work is now well underway on Palace Street with the works being carried out by Blenheim House, the company previously responsible for the building of Nadler Hotels in Soho and Liverpool.
The Nadler Victoria will join properties in Soho, Kensington and Liverpool when it officially opens late autumn 2015.
Blenheim House said in a statement: "The rear wing on Palace Place will be converted to provide a fully fitted-out 73 bedroom hotel from the lower ground to fifth floor level, for the luxury boutique hotel provider The Nadler.
"Externally, the existing facades will be refurbished with the installation of some replacement windows and doors. New window openings will be created to the west and north courtyard elevations, and at fifth floor level to Palace Place.
"Internally, the hotel will be fully fitted-out to a very high standard to provide the operator with a four-star product to add to their existing portfolio of stylishly designed hotels."
