Café Sou, the ninth restaurant in London-based hotel The Ned, has opened for business.
The Parisian-style café is a collaboration with chef and international food creative Rachel Khoo, who has devised a menu with influences from her various French projects.
The café serves coffee, breakfast, lunch and evening cheese and charcuterie boards alongside a selection of French wines. Classics include omelettes, baguettes, rillettes, quiches, salads and patisseries available throughout the day.
With the installation of the café the property offers guests a relaxed, eat-in meal at any time of day.
In the centre sits a large, Art Nouveau-style 1900’s deli counter bar. Two communal marble-topped tables seat 16 diners on cast brass stools with leather upholstery.
