A new boutique hotel is set to open in the Welsh town of Llanelli, above the popular nightlife spot Vista Lounge.
The floors above the bar will soon provide accommodation with 20 en-suite bedrooms being developed, with the first phase of 10 set to open in May.
The venue is owned by Paul Jenkins, who also runs Diplomat Hotel with his family, and said the new offering would provide essential accommodation in the town centre.
Speaking to Llanelli Star, Jenkins said: "There aren’t many hotels in the town centre apart from Travelodge.
"We are expecting to maybe get a different clientele from the Diplomat and maybe those who are looking to enjoy the local nightlife and the beach nearby.
"The rooms are looking really good, there are 10 on the first floor and 10 on the second floor.
"Every room has been decorated to a high spec, and they are quite plush."
Jenkins also said that the hotel would be open 24 hours and give guests access to bed and breakfast facilities.
