New bartender shakes things up at Cliff House Hotel

Cliff House Hotel, a boutique on the south coast, has announced the appointment of new bartender Robert Haidau.

Specialising in cocktail making, Haidau brings with him a wealth of experience in the mixology department and will oversee the range of new masterclasses that are slowly being introduced at the hotel.

General manager, Tim Seward, commented: “We’re so delighted that Cliff House Hotel has recruited Robert, his flair and passion will add a certain vibrancy to our bar. We are currently working on new ideas including introducing a range of masterclasses, where our resident and non-resident guests will be able to come along and learn the art of cocktail making along with learning the story behind the spirits used.”
