Boutique Hotelier is proud to announce that Star Quality Hospitality has come on board to sponsor the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards, supporting the Customer Service Star category.
The consultancy, founded by Monica Or, will present the award to the lucky winner at the awards ceremony on October 20 and is delighted to be part of such a prestigious event.
She explains: “When I work with hotel owners / managers and their teams I am always looking out for individuals that can make a real difference to the customer service experience. These days it is no longer just about have a great hotel, it is the people delivering the service to your guests that will create the experiences your guests deserve, through the small touches that make their stay more personal. It is only when these experiences become lasting memories that you will have a loyal customer.”
Star Quality Hospitality joins other sponsors Mitre Linen, Pacific Direct, Corby of Windsor and Sky Business to support the event, now in its second year.
The awards recognise staff working at hotels across the UK, handing out gongs to hard-working individuals in 10 categories. The nomination process closes on Weds 30th September, before the winners are announced at the official Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards ceremony on October 20 at Hilton Olympia.
Monia Or continues: “As a hospitality consultant I am passionate about ensuring that your hotel is an all-round winner from the way the business has been structured, through to the systems and procedures you use, and most importantly how this will impact your customer service in order for your business to remain profitable.
“Your employees work very hard for you and I believe it is extremely important that they understand how much they are valued. A lot of hotels have their own internal Employee of the Month awards which is great, although to really celebrate the successes and achievements of your team, entering them in to awards such as the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards will really make them shine," she adds.
