Suites Hotel & Spa in Liverpool are kickstarting a new culinary chapter following the completion of a £1.2m refurbishment.
The hotel, situated in Knowsley, has appointed a new head chef and a restaurant manager to drive forward new-look business.
Robbie Cardwell, previously from Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre, has joined as head chef while new restaurant manager Adrian Howard will be in charge at the hotel’s Handley’s Brasserie.
A new food menu, comprising dishes with a Mediterranean twist, has also been unveiled.
Managing director of Suites Hotel & Spa Lyndsay Stanistreet-Tyer said: “Since the completion of our refurbishment earlier this year, the team and I have been working tirelessly to further add to the hotel’s offering. In order to position ourselves as a drinking and dining destination within its own right in the Knowsley area, we have welcomed to the team a duo of industry figures to bring our in-house Handley’s Brasserie and Bollinger Bar firmly up to date and in line with our four-star hotel and spa.”
