“With a real passion for the very best standards of customer service, food and drink, I have been extremely lucky to spend much of my career at the Montagu Arms Hotel and Careys Manor Hotel, supported by many exceptional individuals in my team through the years. What’s more, working in a unique environment such as the New Forest is something that I will never take for granted.”
