New talent steps up to the plate to take F&B role at The Cavendish

The Cavendish London has appointed Roberto De Vivo as food and beverage manager.

The luxury boutique hotel, managed by The Ascott Limited, has welcomed De Vivo from his role at the neighbouring Dukes Hotel in Mayfair, where he was responsible for managing the business development of the hotel’s three AA Rosette fine dining restaurant Thirty Six, alongside the hotel’s afternoon tea, room service and meeting and events offering.

Prior to this he gained experience working at Starwood as director of food and beverage at Le Meridien RA Beach Hotel and Spa in Spain, plus stints at the likes of One Aldwych and Metropolitan Hotel.

In his new position, he will now oversee the F&B strategy for The Cavendish’s two AA Rosette restaurant, Petrichor.

De Vivo says: “I am very proud to be joining The Cavendish as it is such an historic London institution.
