Nominate your boutique for a world award

The World Boutique Hotel Awards are now calling for you to nominate your boutique for global recognition, as the deadline for entries edges closer.

The awards, now in their fifth year, celebrate the best boutique hotels worldwide in a total of 11 categories, including Best Beach or Coastal, Best City, Best Classic Elegance and Best Newcomer.

The organisers are now calling for hoteliers to put forward their boutiques, before a shortlist is created and the judging process begins.

Within each category, a winner will be chosen from each continent, picked out from a list of 5 finalists before the top prize of the World’s Best Boutique Hotel is given out.

Last year’s ceremony brought together hoteliers from all over the globe, including those from Australia, Hong Kong, Germany and the USA and saw a keynote speech delivered by Edward Griffiths, Deputy Master of the Royal Household Buckingham Palace.

The awards were founded in 2010 by Edward Gabbai, who a keen traveller at the time, wanted to give praise and recognition to those boutiques around the world, carving their own inspirational places in the market.
