An integral part of this slick operation is the role of the Spa Manager.
A role that has increasingly come under close scrutiny over the last few years as the spa trend gains momentum, your spa should be a haven for your guests to relax.
If your Spa Manager does an exceptional job at making sure every guest feels spoilt, running a tight ship during peak times and creating a calm environment for both staff and customers, then they deserve to be in the running for Spa Manager of the Year at the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards, sponsored by Pacific Direct.
We want to reward these managers working at hotels around the country – from the five-star city boutiques to country house manors; there are no restrictions to enter.
So if your Spa manager deserves to be recognised then nominating them couldn’t be simpler.
We are calling for owners, managers and people of the hospitality industry to put forward these individuals for the award, which will culminate in the winners being announced at the awards ceremony on October 20th.
To qualify for a nomination, all you have to do a fill out the nomination form here and send it back to the BH team.
Once the nominations have closed on September 25th, the nominees with the most votes will go into a shortlist, before the BH team decide on the final winners to be announced in October.
