The Redesdale Arms Hotel in Moreton-In-Marsh in Gloucestershire has been sold to Old Amersham Hotels for an undisclosed sum.
The 17th century Grade-II listed hotel joins three other properties in the Old Amersham Hotels’ portfolio after being marketed by Christie + Co for £3.75m.
The Redesdale Arms is a 34-bedroom AA three-star hotel which caters to both locals and tourists.
Located on the high street it also consists of a bar and restaurant and has also recently been given planning permission for three additional bedrooms.
The new owners, Old Amersham Hotels, are expanding its portfolio with this new addition, which includes the 34 bedroom Kings Arms Hotel & Kings Chapel in Amersham, the 38 bedroom Crown Inn in Amersham, and the 12 bedroom Greyhound Inn, Chalfont St Peter.
