London-based property the Baglioni Hotel has recruited an industry veteran to head up its kitchen operations.
Emilio Preiata has been announced as the new food and beverage manager for the on-site Brunello Bar & Restaurant.
Preiata is joining the Kensington team having previously working for the hotel group in 2012. He will bring his experience and knowledge of the London hospitality industry which he gained through his roles at One Aldwych Hotel, London and Cheneston’s Restaurant, Milestone Hotel, Kensington.
Preiata, who is originally from Sicily, will create an Italian dining experience in the central London eatery.
Baglioni Hotel London is known for its afternoon tea with an Italian twist. The event incorporates culinary traditions and flavours from Italy in a quintessentially British tea menu.
