One Warwick Park, a new 39-bedroom boutique hotel in Tunbridge Wells, has now been unveiled.
The new boutique from owner operators Markerstudy Leisure is home to L’AMORE restaurant, headed up by Marco Goldin, plus a luxury Duplex suite, timber-beamed function room, alongside the 39 bedrooms.
The building has been reimagined into a hotel after starting life as a brew house and then latterly a schoolhouse and is situated in the town’s Pantiles district.
Markerstudy Leisure announced that One Warwick Park would officially open to the public on July 1.
Also on site, is a gallery space displaying works of art and statement pieces of jewellery and watches.
Louise Clark, managing director of Markerstudy leisure, said: “It’s been an amazing (and long) journey to get here – at so many points over the past three years we didn’t think we would. We’re exceptionally proud of what we’ve created and believe we have the potential to be one of the finest hotels in the UK.”
Kiaran MacDonald, managing director of The Savoy said: “I see a real connection between One Warwick Park and The Savoy; both have been a journey of restoration; both have gone over- time and over-budget and both have the “OMG” factor. It’s a great testament to the team’s hard work – you can feel the pulse of pride, passion and love for what has been created.”
