A new boutique hotel in Tunbridge Wells is gearing up to open its doors in June.
One Warwick Park, a 39-bed boutique, is on track to meet its scheduled launch date and will bring a new style of accommodation to the area.
The hotel has been transformed from a former brew house and schoolhouse, which has been joined together to create one property featuring a gallery in the interlinking space.
Alongside the 39 bedrooms, the boutique will be home to a private dining area and a range of meeting and events spaces including The Old School House, which can cater for functions of up to 180 people.
There is also an Atrium that has space to cater for 20 people and The Townhouse Boardroom that can accommodate up to eight for small meetings.
There will be four places for guests to dine; the resident’s Lounge; the 60-cover restaurant, The Terrace as well as a Snug.
Each bedroom has been individually designed and will look at target a range of travelers, from business guests to families. Top-tier bedrooms are the two-bedroomed Duplex Suite plus the three Deluxe Balcony rooms offer a private landscaped terrace.
