Paris hotelier sets sights on Sloane Square for UK debut

A famous Parisian hotelier who counts A list stars Beyonce and Kim Kardashian as customers, is planning to make his UK boutique hotel debut in the prestigious Sloane Square in London.

Jean-Louis Costes owns Hôtel Costes in the French capital and has teamed up with the Cadogan Estate – one of London’s biggest landowners – to bring his chic concept to the UK for the first time.

He plans to create a Chelsea version of the Rue St Honore venue and hopes to convert the Victorian apartment building at One Sloane Gardens into an opulent 40-bedroom boutique hotel.
