Pennyhill Park, in Surrey has announced the reopening of The Brasserie restaurant following a refurbishment to give it a new look and menu.
The Brasserie is the hotel’s more informal day-to-day dining offer, and has been designed the complement Pennyhill’s fine dining restaurant, Matt Worswick at The Latymer.
The refurbished restaurant offers a contemporary, interactive dining experience for guests and gives the Pennyhill Park team the opportunity to be more flexible and innovative with service.
Three new interactive cooking stations offer food that changes throughout the day, including a selection of artisan breads and pastries during breakfast, fresh salads and starters at lunchtime and a large selection of handmade desserts and continental cheeses available during both lunch and dinner.
To reflect the property’s signature colour, soft blue and neutral tones are present throughout the restaurant.
Table heights and shapes vary to provide a comfortable social environment for dining; materials include a combination of black steel and weathered solid timber.
Seating in the restaurant comprises of upholstered high stools and carves, while lighting is soft with cream pendant lights, made up of china petals.
Julian Tomlin, general manager of Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa commented: “The Brasserie refurbishment has given us the opportunity to offer a new and exciting selection of fresh and delicious dining options for our guests throughout the day, with something to suit everyone. We wanted to create a welcoming and friendly ambiance together with tantalising food, and based on our guest feedback so far we are thrilled with the results – it’s been a real hit.”
