There is also a two-bedroom owner’s accommodation which is situated in the converted stables.

Externally, the property features an extensive, enclosed garden which has a pond, small bridge, paths to follow and fruit trees. Parking for guests is provided in a courtyard area.

Ken Sims of Christie + Co’s Edinburgh office which is handling the sale of the property says: “This is an excellent business which is very popular with international visitors as well as with guests from across the UK. The clients currently run it to suit their own lifestyle and it provides an opportunity to develop it further.”

Christie + Co is seeking offers of £580,000 for the Freehold interest in Tigh Na Leigh Guest House.
