The Midland in Manchester has unveiled its fresh look after undergoing a £500k refurbishment project.
The 312-bed hotel has modernised its bar and lounge, the Octagon, which has been renovated as part of the project, and is now boasting a redesigned menu.
General manager, Simon Farr, said: “Designed by Style Contracts, the refurbished space has been crafted to reflect the hotel’s long history and features a central bar area specialising in classic cocktails, alongside the option of traditional table service. A variety of seating areas, from sofas and low seating to working-style tables, have been introduced."
The new menu boasts a offering of light breakfast options, traditional sandwiches and a selection of classic dishes available throughout the whole day, plus globally-inspired sharing plates and bar snacks throughout the evening.
