A Liverpool-based property developer has revealed details of a project to build a luxury 50-bed hotel in one of the city’s most high profile shopping areas.
According to the Liverpool Echo, developers YPG are set to build a hotel, with a rooftop bar, in the city’s Liverpool One retail complex.
The hotel, which is reportedly to have a restaurant, coffee lounge, gym and office spaces as well as 50 bedrooms and open air bar, will begin construction this summer.
According to the publication, Ming Yeung, managing director of YPG, said: “These are exciting plans that will deliver a high quality hotel, run by a very prestigious operator with a brilliant track record, in one of the most popular cities.
