The Bulls Head Pub in Hale Barns has successfully relaunched its popular guest bedrooms, following an investment from its owners, Robinsons Brewery in Stockport.

The 21 bedrooms have all been given a stylish uplift, with all the furnishings and decor being updated with a sleek yellow and grey colour palette, as well as the pub’s reception and corridor areas being transformed to give off a contemporary new look.

The completion of the guest rooms marks the end of the first phase of planned redevelopment for The Bulls Head, and the second phase will see the whole pub now receive a makeover.

Simon Taylor, retail operations manager for Robinsons said: “The rooms have always been popular, especially with business travellers and families, due to the pub’s proximity to Manchester Airport and the motorway network. With our commitment to invest, we wanted to ensure the room’s reputation for many years to come.”

Following a profitable 2014, which saw more than 20 pubs within the Robinsons’ estate benefit from an investment, the brewer will continue its commitment to its 300-strong portfolio by earmarking around 35 sites to receive a full refurbishment before the end of the year.
