Qbic Hotel London City has announced the launch of Parts & Labour, a new relaxed casual dining restaurant targeting guests and locals.
The new offering is the brainchild of restaurateur Barry Skarin of Running with Knives and will focus on quality homemade dishes and locally-sourced ingredients.

Qbic officially launched in November 2013, with a vibrant design concept, aiming to appeal to travellers all over the world.
The new restaurant’s contemporary interiors and casual dining ethos, has been aligned with the design led style of the hotel and its laidback culture.
A variety of dishes will be available throughout the day, from smaller meat and fish platters to vegetarian salads, as well as heartier meals for those who seek something more filling. The hotel’s well-stocked bar will be a focal point for guests too, with local beers and a customised wine list.
