Three regional hotels each with strong market tradition positions have come to market with a combined price of £28.25m.
The three properties in Bedford, Hayling Island and Helenburgh can be purchased individually or as a group portfolio and are currently operated by Redefine/BDL.
Combined, the three hotels offer 291 bedrooms and are all free of branding and management, meaning an incoming owner can take control and ‘unlock further trading potential’.
The Swan Hotel in Bedford provides 113 bedrooms with spa, four meetings and conference rooms and set on the banks of the River Ouse in the heart of the town centre.
The Langstone Hotel in Hayling Island near Portsmouth has 148 bedrooms, nine conference/meeting rooms and a leisure club with indoor pool, gym, studio and two treatment rooms.
Rosslea Hall Hotel is a 30 bedroom country house and a popular wedding venue, located in the affluent town of Helensburgh in close proximity to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park in Scotland.
Gavin Wright, director in JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality team, commented: “This hotel portfolio have a number of asset management opportunities and represent a significant opportunity to acquire with the benefit of an established track record that appeals both to business traveller and leisure guests. We are seeing increasing investor interest in UK regional hotel assets and anticipate strong interest in these asset sales.”
