The winner of the Restaurant Manager of the Year award was Debbie Cappadona from The Chester Grosvenor.
The judging panel said that Debbie was chosen because of her infectious motivation and passion to see others succeed, as well as leading a team that contributed to some of the most profitable trading periods in their hotel’s history.
