Reward the faces of your hotel

The nominations are now coming in thick and fast for our special Personal Service Star Awards, but there is still time left to put forward deserving employees.

Staff members working in your front of house areas are the faces of your business. Checking guests in and out without a hitch, giving that personable service that is second to none, and helping with any query that crops up, front of house managers have an extremely important role to play in the smooth running of your hotel. They are often the first interaction guests will have with the hotel and will make sure each and every customer who checks out, leaves feeling refreshed and well-looked after.

Then they deserve a nomination for the Boutique Hotelier Front of House Manager of the Year Personal Service Star Award.

To qualify for a nomination, all you have to do is pick out one reason why they are so great at what they do – from handling difficult guests to keeping things spic and span at the reception desk – fill out a nomination form and send it over to the BH team.

Whether your hotel is a small country house consisting of 8 bedrooms or a Grade-II listed building of grandeur, we are giving a voice to hoteliers up and down the country to reward their staff with these special accolades.

Nominations will be collected right up until Oct 20th, when we shall then see who has emerged victorious before rewarding the winners at a special ceremony held on the first evening of the Independent Hotel Show 14.
