Roomzzz Aparthotel has launched its latest property in Chester with a new look for the brand, signalling a design change towards a more boutique style for the operator.
The new apartment marks the sixth in the portfolio for the brand, with Roomzzz Aparthotel Chester City opening after a £5.5m conversion of an existing office space into the 64-bed property.
It will be the flagship property for the brand’s new concept ‘New Generation’, the new phase of development coming into force to celebrate the operator’s ten years in the business in 2016.
The new look has been rolled out across the other Roomzzz properties in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle, which has each undergone a £2m refurbishment to bring them into line with the plans ahead of next year’s anniversary.
Each design now sees new apartment sizing regulations, specific interior points and new guests interactions, as well as a new bold and bright design and connections with the local area they are based, using local sayings and landmarks as part of the integral style.
Mark Walton comments: “We want to make Roomzzz instantly recognisable so that guests always know when they are staying at one of our aparthotels. The new generation will strengthen the brand so our ‘ZZZs’ are synonymous with quality, comfort and, most importantly, a good night’s sleep.”
He continues: “The vision for Roomzzz Aparthotel has always been to stay ahead of our competitors in terms of offer, value and satisfaction. We have invested significantly into making the customer experience as interactive and rewarding as possible, from advancements to our brand and improvements to online bookings through to added value and comfort in each location.”
The second Roomzzz Aparthotel New Generation location will be the brand’s first opening in the Midlands. Roomzzz Nottingham City will open at the start of May 2015.
