Rosewood London has opened its newest offering that will help keep guest supping, in the form of a new Gin Bar as part of its Holborn Dining Room.
The luxury hotel is claiming to now be home to the city’s largest gin collection, with more than 400 labels to tempt guests into staying longer and enjoying a tipple.
Plus there are more than two dozen tonic choices, which means there are over 14,000 possible combinations of gin and tonic, alongside a range of classic gin cocktails on the menu, including the Aviatio, Martinez, and Vespa.
Entry level prices start from £9 for a Rathbone London Dry Gin, while a rare 1950’s Taplow is being sold for £52 a measure at the higher end.
Gins featured are from countries all around the world and the new bar is headed up gin enthusiast Matthew Sloper, who joined Rosewood London from Mayfair’s The George Club.
