They will offer a range of services and advice, ranging from legal to financial, marketing to recruitment and development to design, as part of the new helpline.

STA Alliance and Associate members will be entitled to 4 x 30 minutes free advice calls with The Buell Group and STA Affiliate members will have the benefit of 12 x 30 minutes free advice calls via the new helpline.

Speaking about the launch of the new service, Marc Crothall, CEO of the STA commented: “STA Membership continues to grow each week and we remain committed to continuing to add value to our members and their businesses and organisations. Relationships and Engagement represents one of the four strands of the STA’s strategic framework, Information Gateway being another and this new service fits extremely well with our ambitions to build on these relationships with our members and deliver a strong package of benefits, unique to the STA which fits with our membership proposition. Through this new partnership with The Buell Group we’re now able to provide a dedicated, free helpline delivered by a handpicked range of trusted partners with tourism sector knowledge and experience.”
