Luxury hotel group The Thurlestone Estate is benefitting from improved operational efficiencies and greater guest interaction as a result of switching its systems to Guestline.
The group, which owns and operates two hotels, the Thurlestone Hotel and Mullion Cove Hotel, on the south coast, moved its PMS and distribution systems to Guestline and installed a full suite of cloud-hosted solutions.
As a result, the teams are now able to deliver more efficient processes, conducting more in depth analysis and increasing sales.
Thurlestone Hotel in Devon is a four- star, 65-bed hotel, which has been owned by the Grose family since 1896. Mullion Cove Hotel that joined the family portfolio in 2006, is a 30-bed hotel on the Lizard Peninsula on the South Cornwall coast.
