Spa managers are integral to boutiques, says Pacific Direct

Pacific Direct has spoken out in support of the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards, praising spa managers working at boutique hotels across the country.

The winners of the second annual Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards were announced at the end of October and saw a total of 10 staff members rewarded in 10 categories.

Pacific Direct was a proud sponsor of the event, which attracted more 200 hospitality names to Hilton Olympia, and Nina Sadlowsky, Global Brand Marketing Manager was welcomed on stage to present the award for Spa Manager of the Year.

The winner was Davina Hassell from Seaham Hall.
