The first wave of speakers have been confirmed for the Master Innholders 23rd general manager’s conference, taking place 11-12 January 2016 at Grosvenor House in London.
This year’s theme will be ‘excellence is no coincidence’ and will be led by conference chairman Stuart Bowery. One of Europe’s top leadership experts, Steve Radcliffe will be opening the event with a session on creating a mindset that will enable the delivery of great results.
Alongside him Luke Johnson will also be a headline speaker, inspiring the audience with a talk on business success as a leading British serial entrepreneur.
Other confirmed speakers include Robbie Bargh of Gorgeous Group, digital expert Dan Christian, Wayne Clarke founding partner of Global Growth, as well as internationally recognised behaviour expert Jez Rose.
Chairman Stuart Bowery says: “I have the support of an organising committee that will attract speakers and supplier sponsors to inspire hoteliers and hospitality managers for their own personal learning and development.
“The conference title is ‘Excellence is No Coincidence’ and reflects the Master Innholders remit in striving to uphold excellence within the art of hospitality. Delivering excellence is behaviour and a habit, not a coincidence. The General Managers’ Conference attracts attendees who operate the finest hotels in the UK and beyond.”
