Stoke Park has welcomed Tracey Stewart as head pastry chef at award-winning restaurant, Humphry’s.
She joins from Cliveden House, where she also held the position of head pastry chef. Stewart’s previous experience includes stints at The Fat Duck and the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Serge Vieira at Chaudes Aigues in France.
She will cover all restaurants and events at Stoke Park, with a particular focus on Humphrey’s, a 3 AA rosette fine dining establishment, where she will work closely with executive chef, Chris Wheeler.
Set within 300 acres, Stoke Park has 49 bedrooms, a 27-hole championship golf course, 13 tennis courts and a spa.
