Stoke Place debuts new restaurant for all seasons

Luxury hotel Stoke Place has added a new gourmet destination to its repertoire, with the launch of Seasons at Stoke Place.

The 39-bedroom hotel in Buckinghamshire has seen head chef James Dugan create a modern British menu for the luxury boutique’s new restaurant.

Dugan brings a wealth of experience to the hotel, having worked with Richard Corrigan at Lindsay House and more recently Amberley Castle. The new a la carte menu consists of simple seasonal food, including dishes such as Cornish lamb dumplings, roast partridge and heritage beef fillet, as well as a seven-course tasting menu and a light-bite bar menu.

The new restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and seats 50 people with views of the surrounding parkland. Dugan has also started a kitchen garden which will be in full bloom next spring.
