Turn off from tech
Why not encourage your guests to turn off from tech before they settle down for the night to really switch off? Electronic devices emit a blue light that can trick the body into being more awake as less melatonin is produced, making it more difficult to sleep. It’s recommended that you turn off all technology around 90 minutes before you want to go to sleep.
Make eye masks readily available for guests who struggle with particularly light environments, plus blackout curtains are always a good idea.
Temperature is another important factor. The recommended temperature in a room is between 15-18°C to get the best night’s sleep possible.
